HyperTorrent is just like other torrent clients, such as TorrDroid Torrent Downloader or BitTorrent. However, while those two aim to provide the most features, this app focuses more on speed and simplicity, which, considering it will be used on mobile devices, might be preferred by some users.
What can HyperTorrent do?
As mentioned earlier, HyperTorrent is a torrent client that was developed with speed and simplicity in mind, and it shows in its design and how you interact and use it. It features a clean and modern user interface that makes it easy to add torrent files and start downloads right away. It supports multiple types of sources, including infohash value, as well as magnet, HTTP, and HTTPS link addresses.
Once added, you can manage and monitor your download using six scrollable tabs that provide various details for them, namely Info, State, Files, Trackers, Peers, and Pieces. All transfers are encrypted for safety and privacy, as well as offering IP Filtering and Proxy Support. You can switch between light and dark themes, and you can even change to a tablet UI if you're using the app on larger screens.
